“Being surrounded by preventable diseases, especially those related to obesity, has moved me to want to do something about it. Speaking to patients, friends and family regularly made me understand that they don’t know. They don’t know the deadly effects of poor nutrition and sedentary behavior. I want to reach them before it’s too late and make a difference in their lives while there is still time.” -Kristen Fields
